Shipping & Returns

Currently shipping is determined at checkout. RPM Auto Machine Inc. only ships to your verified billing address. We can ship to a different address if you add your shipping address to your credit card, RPM Auto Machine Inc. will verify this info before shipping out your order.

Returns: All returns must be authorized and approved by RPM Auto Machine Inc. and, under certain circumstances, may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. All return requests must be made within 5 days after receiving order. All approved returns must be returned to RPM Auto Machine Inc. in unused and unaltered condition with original packaging (or better packaging). Insure that product is very well packaged. Refunds will not be issued on returns that are damaged during shipping back to RPM Auto Machine Inc. In the event that damage does occur, a refund will be issued when a claim has been settled with the carrier. Failure to comply with this return policy will result in a refusal of the shipment and will be returned to customer at his/her own expense.
